I didn't build this platform because I had it all figured out.
Because for years, I was the guy who could start anything but struggled to finish.
Pride would creep in. I'd feel disrespected, or misunderstood, or like something wasn't fair—and I'd ghost.
No heads up. No closure. Just out.
And deep down, I knew what it was: I had integrity issues.
But it took hitting rock bottom to finally see it clearly.
I almost lost my dream because I couldn't keep a promise.
I was at the airport, supposed to be flying out for a contract. Nothing huge—just something I said yes to.
But the flight was delayed. Those familiar thoughts crept in:
"This ain't worth it."
"You've got more important things."
"They don't value you."
So I left.
And it hit me hard. I was building a reputation I didn't want to own.
That hit me hard. For the first time, I was brutally honest with myself:
"My lack of integrity has cost me relationships, money, trust, and peace. And it's on me."
That was the beginning.
I didn't try to fix everything at once. I started small. I told the truth. I apologized. I began practicing what I now call micro-integrity—keeping the tiny promises, the invisible ones, the ones no one sees but me.
It wasn't easy. Some days I failed. But slowly, something shifted. I wasn't just talking about change anymore—I was actually living it.
As I rebuilt, I started wondering... what if there was a better way? What if integrity didn't have to rely on sheer willpower? What if I could create something to help me stay consistent—daily, emotionally, relationally, spiritually, financially?
That's how REAP Integrity was born.
Not from having it all figured out. Not as some motivational brand or hustle app. But as a wholeness system built by someone who was tired of breaking promises to himself—designed for others ready to stop ghosting their own potential.
